About Me
I once had a client send me a voice note on Saturday morning slightly out of breath. At the end, he added “sorry if the sound is a bit off, I’m on a run”. All I wanted to say “Oh my God, please don’t think about talking to me while you’re running on a Saturday morning.” Of course, I didn’t say that. But I wanted to. And that’s what I want to do now.
I am not a mental health professional by any chance (nor do I aspire to be). I’m a highly organized workflow specialist with a background in Psychology. And that background seeps into what I do quite often. In my day-to-day life, I work a lot on maintaining a good work-life balance, keeping myself healthy, getting enough exercise, sleep, sunlight, good food, spending time with loved ones, reading, playing video games, traveling, all the good stuff. This led to me wanting to actually preach what I practice.

My clients can or don’t have to be organized by nature, but most of the time, they are overwhelmed. So what I want to do is use the experience that I have, everything I know about the human psyche, everything I know about business, automation and workflow optimization to help you get your act together!
I believe that even if we manage to free up a few hours of your workweek, that’s a few more hours a week than you used to have to do whatever you want. No excuse for not starting that hobby then!
